A business licence must be obtained before commencement of any business or services provided on WFN Lands.
Fees are payable for each 12 month period unless otherwise indicated.
WFN currently permits Bed and Breakfasts and more info information can be found under the WFN Zoning regulations.
STRs are only permitted within properties that are zoned to permit them, including Copper Sky and Shelter Bay developments. WFN is not accepting new zoning amendment applications for STRs at this time. WFN is in the process of updating the WFN Land Use Law which will include regulations for STRs.
